Welcome to Emma Elevates Health — I’m Emma, a Health & Wellness Coach supporting busy women in midlife to feel more energised, in control and confident in their health.

If you feel tired more often than not, overwhelmed by what you should be doing, or stuck in a cycle of starting over… you’re in the right place.

I work with women who are juggling work, family and everything in between, and who feel unsure what actually works for their body or how to stay consistent. Through personalised health coaching, you’ll have the support, guidance and accountability to cut through the confusion and build simple, realistic habits around your nutrition, energy, sleep and lifestyle — in a way that fits into your life. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about finding something that works for you.

Meet Emma

I’m the founder of Emma Elevates Health, and I support busy women in midlife to feel more energised, in control and confident in their health.

Like many of the women I work with, I understand how easy it is for your own health to slip down the list when life feels full. With a background in health and a passion for simplifying nutrition, I now help women cut through the noise and focus on what truly works for them.

Creating a space where you feel heard, understood and supported is at the heart of how I work.
